1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Knox Community College website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Site.

These Terms apply to all visitors to the Site, including prospective students, current students, parents, guardians, staff, alumni, partners, contractors, and members of the public.

The Site provides general information about Knox Community College, including academic programmes, admissions, tuition and fees, student services, housing, departments, campuses, events, notices, and other institutional information. The Site is intended for informational and communication purposes.

3. No Official Contract, Offer, or Guarantee

Information on the Site is provided for general guidance only. Unless expressly stated in an official written communication issued by an authorized College officer, information on the Site does not constitute an official offer, contract, commitment, admission decision, scholarship award, employment offer, or guarantee of service availability.

Programme offerings, course availability, timetables, fees, housing availability, entry requirements, policies, procedures, forms, and other information may change without prior notice. Users should contact the relevant College office to confirm current and official information before making decisions based on website content.

You agree to use the Site responsibly, lawfully, and in a manner that does not interfere with the rights, safety, security, reputation, or operations of Knox Community College or any other person.

Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer of admission, a guarantee of enrolment, a guarantee of programme availability, or a waiver of admission requirements, academic policies, financial obligations, or College procedures.

Admission, registration, progression, graduation, housing, scholarship, bursary, and other student-related decisions are made in accordance with official College policies, procedures, approval processes, and applicable law. Tuition, fees, charges, payment deadlines, and refund arrangements may be revised and should be confirmed through official College channels.
