Apply through our iSIMS platform at isims.kcc.edu.jm by selecting the “Apply Now” tab. We charge no application fees, ensuring your path to enrolment is open and accessible.

The essential Toolkit

Upload your documents online, then submit two certified copies of: your birth certificate, recent school report/transcript and examination results. Include two reference letters from a Minister of Religion, Justice of the Peace (JP), Principal of the last school attended, or your employer. Ensure all documentation is authorised by a JP, Attorney at Law, School Principal, Medical Doctor, Superintendent of Police , or Knox Community College Registrar.

The Global Scope

International applicants must provide a valid passport, and proof of English proficiency. Our Global School manages all visa support and immigration compliance for your entire programme.

Your Acceptance

Once your qualifications are reviewed, you will receive a Full Acceptance, Conditional Acceptance or Provisional Acceptance. Whether you have all required subjects or are currently awaiting your final grades, our team ensures a thorough evaluation of every applicant

The commencement

Once accepted, we will notify you of your Registration and Orientation status via email. This stage prepares you for full immersion into the College community and the start of your programme.

Admission Outcomes

  • All admission decisions will be communicated via email.
  • Please ensure your contact details remain accurate to receive timely updates throughout the process.
  • Successful applicants will receive an official acceptance email outlining the next steps, including registration and orientation details.
  • Should your application be unsuccessful, we invite you to connect with us for feedback on future applications or career guidance.

Securing Your Place

  • Once accepted, you must confirm your intention to enrol by the deadline specified in your acceptance email to secure your place within the incoming cohort.

Enrolment

  • Registration is conducted each semester in accordance with the official academic calendar.
  • Students should log in to the student portal to select modules, review prerequisites, and consult with academic advisors before finalising their enrolment.
  • Upon completion of the registration process, class links and academic resources will be accessible via Moodle.
