Applications for Pre-College, NCTVET, CCCJ and UTech programmes open annually on 01 March, while applications for UWI Nursing open on 01 November each academic year.

The standard application window concludes annually in September. 

Registration for the upcoming academic year is conducted from August to September. 

We utilise a blended modality: theoretical coursework is delivered online, with some exceptions, while essential practical sessions are conducted face-to-face across the different campuses. 

Assessments are face-to-face for full-time students and online for part-time cohorts. 

Yes. if you are missing a few requirements, you may still be accepted through our alternative pathways. 

Please note: This does not apply to certain competitive programmes, such as UWI Nursing, which require all prerequisites to be met upon application. 

We facilitate flexible payment plans, bursaries, grants and various scholarship opportunities. 

Associate and Bachelor degree students are eligible for summer work and travel programmes. 

Before you can flip your tassel, you must fulfill the following requirements:

  1. Attain at least a 2.75 cumulative GPA in major courses.
  2. Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.00 (overall).
  3. Complete the practicum or clinicals, as specified by the major.*
  4. Complete a required final project or research, as described and approved by the specified programme (as applicable).
  5. Complete a minimum of four semesters of full-time attendance (also applies to candidates transferring from College).
  6. Complete the required community service of 30 hours for ALL CCCJ programmes and submit all documents to the Community Service Advisor.
  7. Complete 240 hours of work experience and submit all relevant documents to the Work Experience Coordinator.
  8. Return all borrowed items to the Library.
  9. Fulfill all financial obligations to the College.
