Graduation marks the culmination of your journey at Knox Community College. We ensure the ceremony is memorable, dignified, and a proud milestone for you and your family.
To graduate, you must satisfy all academic and non-academic requirements for your programme, including those of any partner institutions. Please ensure all documentation is submitted to the Registry department before the final review. We will email you with details on how to confirm your attendance.

The KCC Library provides an extensive collection of physical and digital resources tailored to your studies. We offer quiet study spaces and dedicated staff to support every stage of your academic work.
Beyond our physical collection, we provide access to international research databases and essential tools like Turnitin and SPSS. On-site printing and reprography services are also available to ensure you have everything you need to succeed.

To support your journey, we:
- Oversee admissions, registration, academic reporting, and tracking your progress towards graduation.
- Provide transcripts, status letters, recommendations, and verify your qualification.
- Handle exemptions, transfer credits, and course realignments to keep your records current.
- Manage the final ratification of your results, the issuing of certificates, and provide administrative student advisement.

As a requirement for graduation, we place you in professional environments to build the practical skills, industry connections, and confidence needed to launch a successful career. Our dedicated coordinator oversees all placements and organises timetabled preparation sessions to ensure you are employable and ready to represent yourself and the College with excellence.
