Steps to Register

All students need to log into their iSIMS  account for registration at isims.kcc.edu.jm. On the iSIMS page, look for “Staff & Student” Login, click on the iSIMs tab. You will  need your ID number and password to register. Students who are unable to log their account need to send an email to itservices@kcc.edu.jm 

Important: New students need to activate their accounts by clicking on the  “Activate Account” link on ISIMs home page .To activate your account, you will need your ID Number sent to you in your Acceptance letter, your TRN that you entered in the system, Last Name,  Date of Birth and Programme you have been accepted into. 

New & Returning Students:

Step 1 

To see tuition due, click on the financial tab then select a payment plan (full semester payment or initial 70% and balance in one month).

Step 2

Students obtaining funding support from an organization, select “Yes” on the financial tab where it asks “Are you expecting Funding from an Institution/person?” Enter the relevant information in that section.  Note: If your Institution/Person/Organization is not displayed, please send an email to the Accounts department requesting it be added . Email : accounts@kcc.edu.jm  

Step 3 

Students can choose to pay their tuition fees by using any of the following modalities: NOTE: WE DO NOT TAKE CASH at our offices. 

  1. Bank to bank transfer.  In the memo section: put the Student’s name. See bank information:  Cobbla and Spalding Students –NCB Account number – 851-011-412. Mandeville and May Pen Students -NCB Account number 851-011-390. May Pen students (ONLY) who do not have access to bank-to-bank transfer may use an NCB ABM.  Please email the receipt indicating full name to accounts@kcc.edu.jm
  2. Point of Sale – (Credit/Debit card) at Cobbla, Mandeville and Spalding Campus Accounts Offices. 

ALL queries about fee payment are to be made to the Accounts Department via email accounts@kcc.edu.jm 

Step 4

VERY IMPORTANT: After payment is made, email the confirmation receipt to the Accounts Department at email: accounts@kcc.edu.jm.  This is to ensure that your account can be credited and payment applied to fees due. Students’ accounts will be updated Mondays to  Fridays within 24 hours of payment. Payments made Saturdays and Sundays will be updated on Mondays. 

Step 5

Once you email your payment receipt and waited  over 24 hours, you can now continue your registration.  Students should log back onto iSIMS and select “Registration” tab, select courses for the semester. Important: click “Save/Register” at the bottom of the page.

If you are doing  CSEC and CAPE you do not need to complete step 5. For NCTVET, Level 2 students: no fees payment necessary. 

Step 6 

You are now registered. Your lecturers will send information via email or what’s app for accessing classes. If no correspondence is received, within 3 days, please contact your Head of Department.
