Mission Statement 

Knox Community College as a co-educational institution founded on Christian
principles, provides quality education and training opportunities that empower individuals to become successful citizens in a global community.

Vision Statement
Innovating the provision of tertiary education and workforce training opportunities that transform lives and communities.

Core Values
To realize its vision and mission, Knox Community College will be deliberate
in articulating those principles and standards of behaviour that accord with its identity as a leading institution deeply rooted in its Christian and cultural
heritage. The following core values shall guide the College:

1. Integrity: Processes, and procedures are implemented efficiently, effectively, and ethically, and in a consultative and transparent manner.
2. Teamwork: Collaborative effort and interdependence of all stakeholders to work
   together to achieve a common goal of doing what’s best for the institution.
3. Respect: Having due regard for the rights of all clients and stakeholders and
   providing them with a safe and nurturing environment that boosts their
   confidence, performance, and loyalty to the College.
4. Innovation: Finding new approaches that initiate and or adapt to change, add
   value to the institution and strengthen its capacity to improve service delivery.
