Services:

The examinations and assessment unit has oversight for all assessment activities including the institution’s expectations in relation to the design, implementation, and review of assessment strategies for all taught programmes of study. It main services include:

1. Coordination of examinations and related activities
2. Quality Assurance of learners’ assigned scores and grades
3. Initiating the appeals process for assigned scores and grades on behalf of learners
